Integral Coach, Social Innovation Consultant, Entrepreneur, Facilitator

I’ve spend the last 10 years working in social innovation, design, and education. My work is focused on building strong communities based on trust and collaboration. I've been building networks for social impact around the world and have worked with entrepreneurs and innovators of all ages, ranging from young people to business executives.

I'm an expert facilitator and have love working with individuals, teams and companies in supporting them in their own learning journey as changemakers and innovators in their respective field. I bring human-centered design and innovation into my work and I'm driven by a deep passion for supporting people to achieve their full potential; whether that is in their careers or personal lives.

I bring all of my experiences and wisdom into my coaching practice. My coaching approach is focused in integral coaching. Integral coaching is an ongoing, evolving methodology intended to be the most comprehensive response to human life. My practice gathers wisdom from the East, the West and current new discoveries in science and other disciplines.

I'm committed in helping my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back both in their professional and personal life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

I have redesigned my own life to think differently about work, collaboration, innovation and I continue to challenge my own personal development and growth.

When not working I love to swim, read and eat chocolate. These days, I’m experimenting with a lot of new hobbies and activities including aerial and kundalini yoga, coloring, skiing, and running.
